Gustavo Lupercio is a registered psychological associate (PSB94027594) working under the supervision of Dr. Nicole Lightman (PSY28608) doing therapy and psychological testing. Gustavo is pursuing his Doctorate at the Chicago School of Professional psychology and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for over 5 years, with nearly a decade of experience. 

His use of behaviorism and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) have been implemented across a varying population of individuals. As a behavior analyst, Gustavo supported families of varying backgrounds across a variety of developmental diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, OCD, and ODD. Gustavo’s passion for supporting individuals of diverse backgrounds has brought him to further develop his skills within the behavioral health discipline.

Over the course of training and his Doctoral studies, Gustavo has developed a person-focused approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing and behaviorism to help individuals overcome addiction, trauma, and anxiety. Gustvao’s approach to therapy aims at supporting through a comprehensive approach so that individuals can develop the effective coping skills and positive alternatives that will support in addressing the challenges of life. Gustavo’s goal is to continue supporting individuals to access quality care by empowering their own abilities. As such, individuals can continue their healing and restorative process to make the behavioral changes necessary for their individual betterment, their families, and their loved ones.
