PRACTICUM TRAINEE

Arianna works under the supervision of Dr. Samira Vafadar (PSY28213) and Dr. Nicole Lightman (PSY28608), providing therapy and psychological testing for all ages as she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School. Arianna has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with an emphasis in research, from the University of Nevada, Reno. While attending UNR, she participated as a research assistant for the university's Research Center for the Dissemination and Implementation of Culturally Sensitive, Evidence-Based Psychological Services (DICE). Her time in the diversity lab contributed immensely to her passion for providing effective therapeutic care to underserved and diverse communities. Additionally, in her final year of UNR, Arianna gained a deeper appreciation for the field of psychology upon completion of teaching two semesters of Psychology 101.
